Congratulations are in order for Alessandra Gavriloiu of Westport, Connecticut!

We are happy to report exceptional results by member of the Romanian-American community, Alessandra Gavriloiu of Westport, as member of the Team USA at the 13th Hungarian Open for synchronized swimming that was held in Budapest, Hungary on June 29-30, 2024.  Team USA medaled in every event, with Alessandra’s age group taking home a total of 10 medals.  
Alessandra participated in the team free and team technical events, where they won silver and gold medals, respectively, as well as the acrobatic routine, where they won gold. Additionally, Alessandra and her duet partner won a silver medal in the duet free event.
