On December 7th 2022, the Honorary Consulate joined the Romanian Ambassador to the US Andrei Muraru in signing a partnership protocol with ACES - Area Cooperative Educational Services and ACES International to build educational bridges with Romania.

This cross-border proclamation exchange between educational institutions in Romania and Connecticut defines the commitment to cross-border intercultural exchange and educational programming between students and educators from the two partner countries. The partnership outlines online projects, but also in-person student exchange, professional sharing of best practices, and summer programming in arts, STEM, and other areas of educational and career development.
